Workshop Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Attendees to Day Services workshops who are unable to attend must provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Cancellations can be notified via telephone or on the following email address acornworkshops@acornvillages.com.

Cancellations that are received with 24 hours or more notice may be transferred to an alternative workshop date (subject to availability) or refunded, where applicable. Day Services staff will be happy to talk through options when applicable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop, or failure to attend without notice, will be treated as a late cancellation and the full workshop fee may be charged or retained. This is due to the fact that places in workshops are limited and late cancellations often cannot be filled.

In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or emergencies requests to waive the cancellations fee will be considered at Day Services discretion.
