Training and Development
We’re passionate about helping our team grow. Every new member of staff receives a thorough induction programme, followed by regular ongoing training designed to build confidence, knowledge, and professional skills.
Our training includes:
- Mandatory care training (e.g. safeguarding, first aid, manual handling)
- Specialist learning disability support
- Person-centred care approaches
- Health & safety and compliance updates
- Opportunities for professional development and recognised qualifications
