That’s why every team member follows a personalised training plan to support their growth from day one – from mandatory induction to role-specific qualifications and leadership pathways.
- In-House Training Programme:
Offers practical skills across a wide range of subjects, supporting staff to grow confidently within their roles. - Qualifications (Levels 2–5):
Delivered and supported by our on-site team of qualified Diploma Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers. - The Care Certificate:
As of 2025, we are delivering the updated, accredited Level 2 Adult Care Certificate in line with national standards for health and social care.
Our Team
The Oakroom Hire
The Oakroom consists of a main large hall which has been used in the past for theatre productions, fundraising events, parties, a meeting room, training and even dog classes.
It is suitable for up to 100 people.
The Hall has a back area with a hatch that is suitable for serving food & drink, this then accesses the main kitchen at the rear. This has an oven, dishwasher, fridge and washing up facilities, there is also crockery available upon request.
The hall has all access facilities with a ramp to the entrance and the side. Alongside the spacious toilets there is also a disabled access toilet.
With free WiFi, projector screen and parking this is also ideal for Team meetings, especially with the nearby Coffee Shop easily accessible.
