Join us on Sunday 13th September 1pm - 4pm, for The Great Acorn Cake Share! – a joyful gathering where cake lovers, home bakers and supporters come together for an unforgettable afternoon of sharing, sampling and community spirit.

This unique event celebrates cake in all its glorious forms. From light and airy sponges to rich layered creations, from elegant showstoppers to treasured family recipes, every cake has a place at our table. Whether you're proud of your baking skills or simply appreciate a delicious slice of cake, you're warmly invited to take part.

Imagine picnic tables overflowing with homemade treats, each one lovingly baked and ready to be shared. Every cake has a story, every baker brings their own creativity, and every guest gets the chance to discover new flavours, swap ideas and enjoy a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Inspired by the excitement of the autumn baking season, this event is perfect for anyone who enjoys the art of baking. Whether you love experimenting with new recipes, perfecting your signature bake or simply admiring the talents of fellow cake enthusiasts, you'll find plenty to enjoy.

🎟️ Under 16s: £5 🎟️ Under 5's go free!

We encourage you to bring your own picnic blankets and chairs for seating.

Admission includes entry to the event and participation in the cake-sharing experience. Please bring a cake to contribute to our communal cake table. We have lots of free parking available on-site and are dog friendly!

Important Information

To ensure the event can go ahead, we need a minimum of 30 attendees. We encourage you to book early, invite friends and family, and help us make this exciting community event a success.

For everyone's safety, all cakes must be accompanied by ingredient and allergen information. As cakes are prepared by individual participants, those with allergies or dietary requirements should exercise discretion when sampling cakes.

Cakes and baked goods served at this event will be kindly donated by attendees and prepared in a variety of home kitchens. As a result, we cannot verify ingredients or guarantee that any item is free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Items may contain any of the major food allergens (including, but not limited to, milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), nuts, peanuts, soya, and sesame) or traces of these and other allergens.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, coeliac disease, or other dietary requirement, please exercise caution. We recommend that you do not consume any food unless you are confident it is suitable for your dietary needs.
