Meditation
Meditation is a practice that focuses the mind on a single point of concentration. When this focus is achieved we can enter a state in which the mind body and spirit are brought into harmony where we feel totally centred, dispelling the conflict that distorts our thinking and brings us into a space of emotional calm and mental clarity. Supported by the meditation practitioner using a range of senses and guided visualisation we are better able to cope with stress.
