Art Therapy

Art Therapy provides an opportunity for clients to express and explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences through art-making and creativity, during weekly sessions.

The therapy space is calm, welcoming and confidential. The therapist provides understanding and acceptance while supporting clients through a non-directive approach to safely process and reflect on the things they choose to bring to the sessions - enabling change, healing, growth and emotional wellbeing.

There are a number of reasons someone might access Art Therapy including the following;

  • Support emotional regulation
  • Process loss / bereavement
  • Develop autonomy and empowerment
